You can do close hand where you form a triangle shape with your hands close together, wide arm push ups and regular ones. This helped me grow a nice chest even though I'm still very lean. For your legs you can simply stand on your your tip toes then come down, I do this about 50 times until my legs get tired. Just look on youtube for exercises you can do with the weights. Good luck.

At my school, the first period is girls gym and they work us really hard because my school has a good rep for sports. I don't wanna wake up at 6 AM to go perfect my hair just to hang out in front of my school in the morning, I'd rather it last the whole day, including through athletics. But the rule is if your hair can be put up, it IS up. So my real question is, If i go style my hair (like straighten it or curl it) then work out in athletics with it up in a pony tail, then take it down after and get dressed will it still be straight/curled? Ski-doo 380 ran, and died.?

Alright so i have two snowmobiles, a polaris indy 500, and a green ski-doo 380, and this winter i decided to get them out after sitting for about 2 years (indy sat with no gas or oil or gear oil in it) but the ski-doo sat with some gas and stuff in it, so i added some octane booster and some premium gas to it, and put good gear oil in it, the snowmobile ran great, the day i got the new gas and gear oil and all that i let it run for 3-4 hours in the driveway, along with the indy, and the next day i let it run for about 2 hours too.. so i trusted it to go up north with me.. i took both machines up north and ran the hell out of them for about 4 hours and then in the middle of the woods the green one died out of nowhere, then started up, and ran for about 10 more minutes and died again, but this time it was dead for good. I checked the compression, spark plugs, made sure it had spark, pulled both carbs cleaned them both out, and it STILL wont start. The most ive got out of it since i did all that was about a 3 second idle.. i have no idea whats wrong, im almost 100% sure it ran the all the old gas that and stuff that was in it out.. and now it just decides to die, i need some input, i am left clueless.

How close to a lucid dream was I?

I have very rare episodes of sleep paralysis and knew little about it. I swore to god I thought I was being attacked by demons some of the episodes I had but I hear that is a very common affect from it. So I got on the internet and found out from sleep paralysis and I can enter a lucid dream. I thought to myself well that will be forever from now because how rare I experience that. So I found the meditation process where you slip into your dream awake. I carefully read the meditation process and tried it out. I feel like I got pretty close to the point I enter the dream but I got really relaxed last night and thought only about my dream I was going to have and after minutes of laying down with my eyes closed I saw lights dancing around behind my eyelids as what is supposed to happen. I saw a blue windmill light moving around clockwise, then I saw red blinking lights and gray clouds shrinking from a large m and into a small m moving up and disappearing and then the large m reappearing. I thought it was pretty cool. Then I saw like a gray cloud that shrank and enlarged and my mind felt like I was flying through a tunnel as if the cloud turned into a tunnel as I was going into the tunnel I felt more and more unattached with my body and finally I saw a black room that felt 3d..I'm not sure how to explain it but I didn't get to find out if I was nearing the dream scape. Something snapped me out of it and I opened my eyes and it got ruined. Also I just didn't feel tired enough last night to fall asleep maybe that's it? What did I do wrong and was I close??? Any tips from those that can do this?

I leave for OSUT on July 19th and am HORRIBLY out of shape. I was really depressed and down for the past 7 months and stopped working out and was about to get out of DEP until i stopped taking my medicine a few weeks ago and feel GREAT now. I can barely run 1/2 a mile, can do about 3 push ups max, and can do about 40 situps in 2 minutes. Will i be able to do the training? Is there an initial strength test? How dangerous is Roller Derby if you're only a couple of months pregnant?

This is definitely not good for the baby. I've seen a roller derby and it's intense. I'm doing a kind of visualization technique when I go to sleep and I repeat about 100 affirmations before I fall asleep. There are two kinds of lucid dreams. The first kind involves only seeing moving pictures in your mind like on a cinema screen, which can be fun and even informative, allowing a person to learn more about the recesses of their subconscious mind. The Second kind of lucid dreaming involves having a lucid dream in which case you really feel like you are actually PHYSICALLY THERE! It is the second kind that I'm trying to learn and master. I've heard about how people who've learned 2nd stage lucid dreaming have gained fantastic advantages over their lives. There are people who learned it so well that they could switch on their genes, change their appearance, heal themselves, etc. They can also FREEZE TIME inside their dreams and stay in their dreams for very long periods of time. I've only done second stage lucid dreaming several times in my life, and hopefully soon I'll have it mastered.

95 3000gt wont turn over. just makes a clicking noise. it has pleanty of battery power and the clutch pedal is all the way down. i checked the neutral safety switch and it is still working. i check all the connections on the starter and put a tester on it. there is no power getting to the starter. there are also no blown fuses. could it be the soleniod? and if so where is it located? or possibly the realys?

Only heel pain?

I've been suffering from plantar fasciitis for a couple of years now. I had a cortisone shot two weeks ago. My arch feels great now. But my heel seems to hurt a lot! And it's been over a couple of weeks so I know it isn't the steroid flare (which was pretty bad when I had it). I only suffer pain in the heel now. What should I do? It's not going away. I am not a big "tuner" car fan, I like them but I just like muscle cars better, so I just want to throw in my 2 cents first and tell you to buy a 03/04 cobra mustang. Now, that being said, out of the cars you have listed I like the Toyota celica and RSX the best all things considered. I deffinately agree with you that first and foremost, I want a car that is reliable so I am not spending all of my money just to keep my car running. Both the Celica and RSX are very reliable cars. I own a 04 cobra but I actually had the celica on my list of cars to buy for myself when I was looking. I think they look great, have great reliability, and great potential for modifications. The RSX is going to be a little more expensive but it is also faster and better performing stock. I do like the 300zx, but I would not buy one due to reliability issues like you have noted. If I had to make a decsion, I would go with the Celica. I really like the look of the celica (they remind me a little of the supra) and they have a curb weight of around 2500lbs which is very, very light. This will allow you to make huge acceleration and handling gains with very simple modifications. This will also allow you to keep good miles per gallon of gas and keep your fuel costs down. They are also one of the more reliable vehcials on the road. They really dont have a down side as far as I can see. They are not the quickest car on the road in stock form, but like I said, due to there very low curb weight, you can add acceleration very easily. Go with the Celica, I think they are great cars all around. If you throw a turbo on it like you are planning to, look out!! That car will absolutely fly. You will be able to out run just about any car on the road. Damn, I have just about talked myself into trading in my car for a celica, lol.

Not sure of your ages but it sounds like he's too young to be so calculating that he'd intentionally set out to make you jealous. You say he "admitted to liking" you, which sounds like he's not too secure in this relationship and maybe you're not visibly reciprocating his interest. Flirting with someone else is a way to keep some emotional distance, keeping it light so he won't get hurt too much if things don't work out. Those I wrote I keep for future reference or editing. Reference, when I use those poems and merge them, or parts of them, with others that I also wrote (or will write) to create new poems. There was a time when i took three (ugly) poems and merged them to form a new (ugly) sonnet that received good critique and comments. Editing, when I know they'd still make it just a bit hed after polishing, if I posted them up for critique.

Why are there so many films out there where white or half white people are cast into ethnic roles? Do white actors really sell THAT much more? For instance, the Gandhi movie, the dude who played Gandhi was half white. He actually looked the part though, so that was okay, but then in Partition, only one of the three main characters had any indian blood in them at all...and that guy was half too. And don't even get me started on 21...in real life the team was all asian, and the movie version had two asians playing only slightly important roles. I'm not trying to start a flame war or anything, I know white actors sell better, but you'd think that the main character of a movie called "the last samurai" would at least be japanese! How do you win a hockey game? Score more goals than the other team and who does that? Ovechkin. He is unbelievable to watch and probably the most explosive player in the NHL. Every time this guy touches the puck all fans watching the game get excited to see what hes going to do next. Road Trip in the USA...........................…

I have been on many road trips and have had a lot of things go wrong. Know how to change a flat tire first of all. We have parked in rest stop areas along the freeway for a few hours at a time and only once did a cop come and check on us. We just said that we were driving and were worried about falling asleep on the road so we pulled off for a quick shut eye to make sure we could continue on our way. So while I would no suggest sleeping in your car I at least suggest you pull off at a rest stop area and not just on the shoulder of a road. Also you probably know this but call your credit card company before you leave and let them know you will be out of the country or they might think someone stole your credit card and freeze your account. Also the road to Alaska when we drove at least had a lot of rocks in it so be careful or you might shatter your windshield (yep that happened to us). Good luck!

Georgia court appearance?

I got into an accident in Effingham County, Georgia, and was given a ticket for improper lane usage. The cop who wrote the ticket suggested strongly that I appear in court. Unfortunately, the court date is on January 10th, which happens to be the day my college starts back from winter break. When I called the Court to try and get the date changed, I was told I had four options. I could simply pay the fine, I could go to court on that day, I could have it moved, or because I lived more then 2 hours away I could....something. I have completely blanked out on what that fourth option could be. Anyone have an idea?

Try a little experiment if you are handy. Kill the power at the circuit breaker. (there should be only one breaker) Turn the breaker back on. Does the door go up? If it does you have one of two problems as long as the door is one of the old hard wire types. (no electronics) One is an old rotary relay that is almost impossible to fix over the internet. The other is your radio receiver. Some old radios can actuate when the power comes back on. If you have one of the old radios you will have three wires going from the receiver to the motor. They will be hooked up to terminals 1 2 3. Write down the color and order and remove all three. Repeat the experiment. If the door stays down you have found the problem. To go further I really need the model #s off the motor and radio. PS The door opener is probably noisy because the screw needs grease. Use a tube of Genie grease and put a small bead down the screw. You can use a different grease just make sure it is low temperature. Then run the door and see. Email me if you need to.

How long do I wait for newly introduced finches to settle down?

About an hour ago I introduced a new pair of finches to my very large cage (that already had an existing pair.) One of the finches that was originally in the cage is acting aggressively towards the new finches. So far the new guys are good at dodging the attacks, but I'm worried about when I am at school tomorrow and will not be able to watch them. Should I remove the aggressive finch right away and put him in a holding cage for a few days? Or should I let them duke it out for a while and then move him if things don't calm down? Problems fitting new RAM?

Hi there, my laptop was running slow so I oredered some new RAM. My laptop is an advent 5421, it has 1 GB of RAM, I ordered a 2 GB module and it arrived today. So when I went to fit it, I have to take out the old memory as there is only one slot. The new one fits in perfectly and securely, but when I turn the laptop on it just wont boot up, I tried it over and over again, but no luck. And when I put the old memory in the laptop can put up no problem. Has anyone any advice for me? Am I doing something wrong? Kind regards.

How do I get rid of red marks around my nose and a some pimples on my forehead and chin?

I have some red around the corner of my nose and some white heads on my chin and at the corner of my lip and some on my forehead but they aren't that bad I'm more worried about the ones near my lip and on my chin. And did get some before but they went away for a while and I got a pimple every once and a while but now I feel it's never going to go away and I feel some one just put a different face over my nice clear face I used to had. And I really need to get rid of it -the bad parts anyways- Before is tart secondary school. And I know I will get some pimples at least till I'm 16 but I want a way to help me. I use clearasil and the garnier cream and sometimes I use toothpaste and it works when the pimple isn't so bad but when it us bad it makes it worst. And I used that recipe where you put water into a gl and mix it with salt and then you put tisue into it and then take it out and put it up near the pimple for a few minutes and then take it away and then get two cotton wool and put it up against each side of the pimple and it kinda works but them it said put honey on it overnight but I didn't have any honey so I just put toothpaste in it. Please help me i'm loading my confindence :(

How would i turn the bottom of a bowl?

There is a trick if you cant chuck the open end of your bowl into the chuck. drill a 2-4" diameter hole into a 2x8 cut to 8"long. Then let the chuck grab in this hole same as you do for a bowl. Now on the backside of the 2x turn it flat but leave a tenon sticking out in the middle big enough and long enough to chuck into your lathe. Then take it off of the lathe and glue a piece of thick cardboard onto the side with the hole. Not the corrugated kind with air spaces but the stiff solid kind like the back cover on a legal pad. Then glue the open top of the bowl to the cardboard being very careful to center it over the hole that you drilled on the other side. Then chuck the tenon to the lathe and turn the bottom of the bowl and then carefully tap a chisel into the joint where the bowl was glued to the cardboard until it pops off and just sand down and finish the lip of the bowl where the glue was. Second suggestion is cover the flat plate with the tenon with cork or rubber and then center the lip of the bowl on that rubber/cork surface and slide the tail stock up to the bottom of the bowl and then turn it to what you want. Then just sand off that tiny little part that was blocked from turning by the tail stock. Good Luck.

I need your advice, regarding mental health and driving.?

I have my G2, and reside in Canada. I often run erronds for my mom, and take my annoying, always complaining, tantrum throwing, autistic younger sisters where they need to go. I can't stand some things they say (like continually calling my fat - despite my eatting disorder, and telling me to go kill myself - which I have attempted). Nonethe less i'm trying to get over those, and my question is since I often find myself still considering suicide (I don't think i'd follow through with it, unless I had a sure way like a gun or w/e) but do you think I should hand in my license? I have considered crashing my parents van, on afew occasions, but have not been diagnosed with anything (as I try to act as if i'm normal even though I may be depressed/ suffer from anxiety). If turning in my license is the right thing to do, I need to know if I will be able to get it back and how to go abut doing that. Also I don't think i'd crash the vehicle into anyone elses, or do it if I had someone with me.
