hi...me and my family migrated to canada in 2003 but as i was already enrolled in a medical school in india,i came back to complete my graduation.i used to travel back and forth to canada for like a month or so during all this time period but last time when i visited them in 2008,i was stopped at the airport by immigration authorities tellin me that i dont fulfill the residency obligations for the PRship and a case was registered on my name and it turns out that we werent informed of the fact that i need to stay in canada for the 730 days in five years to maintain my pr status and i failed to do so..i was given removal orders but i appealed against it..my whole family is canadian citizen now except me.what iwant to ask is that what are the chances that they ll dismiss the removal orders..i am a doctor,i have no one in india as my family,my whole family is a canadian citizen and until now m completely dependent on them financially and during all my stay in canada i worked and paid my taxes? one more question,if the removal order is not dismissed what is my prospect of migratiing to usa? i stayed in canada for 450 days in last 5 years..i used to own a car over there but its not registered on my name...please reply..i have my hearing in couple of days..and i pretty stressed out...thanx a lot..
