I aplied with CSA-Kuwait thru online and almost 2 years, never got any call, is it true that we need wasta?

It is said were equal opportunity employer but whats happening.. I can see many employee of CSA, Inc. are all relatives...how does it happened? so its not the qualification that counts,,its all in the wasta.. especially if you were a lady...maybe you know its true.. pls answer me if i'm wrong..
