Why doesn't anyone know about the 2nd Congo War? it killed 4 MILLION people!?

I mean, no one knows about it. Why is the Holocaust taught in schools, but not the 2nd Congo war? It happened in our lifetime! that didn't. why was Elian Gonzalez more important at the time? doesn't it anger you?
