Am i taking all the necessary precautions?

I use to sleep walk as a little girl,my folks would have company and I'd walk out in my p.j.'s,my dad would always walk me back and put me to bed.My mother use to sleep walk too.When she was in college she actually got in trouble from what they called back then the house mother.I still sometimes sleep walk but only in the house.Some people sleep walk and get into the refrigerator and have no knowledge that they do except for crumbs in their bed.To learn more about this I suggest you go to www.webmd.com,type in the search bar sleep walking and you should be able to find some info on it.Hope this helps.Your not alone.
