I have dysmobility function from the gullet to the bowel i have to do water irragation n diverticula infection

i have dysmobility function from my gullet to my large bowel and i have to use water irragation every day plus every 10 days i get diverticula flare and now house bound im also on warfren for hughes syndrome(sticky blood cells) i had a op in london on my gullet and tummy for a herniea and narrow the gullet, in 2003 the hospital did no blood test so there for i had a blood clot in my right lung, they kept telling me my tummy pain was due to the 7 key holes i had done, but when i come back to west sus after going to worthing a&e 5 time they took me in and found i had another clot and bleed in my tummy what want to no is what kind of op can i have on my bowel has it dnt work and the diverticula and what hospital has i want my life back as soon as poss thank you.
