Human tapeworm HELP?

Absolutely not. You just consumed something somehow that contained either a fragment of the tapeworm or an egg of the tapeworm itself. Sometimes a part of the tapeworm will come out when you use the bathroom and excrete solid waste....but that doesn't mean the tape worm is out. You have to somehow get ride of the head thus if you break off segments, then they will simply grow back as it feeds upon nutrients. You may feel a sudden weight loss from this thing as well while eating more. And pleasure life shouldn't exactly change but it would be wise to let them know before you do it. If you let them know after you got rid of it, they may never trust you again while having you see? It will be like hmmm perhaps they have something now and just wont' tell me like last time.
