Ok so menstral question! fun fun! haha?

im a couple days late, but and i havent had in 3 months and have had periods since but im wandering why im late now.. i did get really sick a couple weeks ago, bronchitis, pink eye, sore throat, and i was on 3 different meds. could that be a reason for late period. im pretty sure it is juts want to know for sure
