Will my stay tiny forever since im asian??

i can barley fit into a 32A and im 14. i know thats really young to be complaining its just that i swear, all the girls in my school are at least a B. my friend (the other Asian girl in my school) is almost a C. whenever im walkin with her all the guys give her wayyy more attention. My mom is also Vietnamese, shes alittle bit over weight from having kids, but not too much, and she has pretty big s. but one of my aunts has really small , and the other one has big ones. will mine ever freakin grow do even a B???
