My cat wont eat or drink anything and I cant afford vet care. What should I do?

My cat hasnt been eatting or drinking and she has lost ALOT of weight. Ive called all the low cost vets in my area and non of them will accept payments. I have also applied for care credit and I dont qualify. What do you think is the cause of her not eatting or drinking? And if you know of any low cost vets in the Everett Washington area that will accept payments please let me know.
