What to do about my hernia?

i am 16 and i have had this hernia for about a year now and it hasnt caused me much pain. but today i was picking something up off the ground and sneezed then instantly felt a shock of pain. normaly my hernia goes into my scrotom but when i sneezed it got cought right above the right side and it is burning. any suggestions on what i should do?
