How do I get rid of red marks around my nose and a some pimples on my forehead and chin?

I have some red around the corner of my nose and some white heads on my chin and at the corner of my lip and some on my forehead but they aren't that bad I'm more worried about the ones near my lip and on my chin. And did get some before but they went away for a while and I got a pimple every once and a while but now I feel it's never going to go away and I feel some one just put a different face over my nice clear face I used to had. And I really need to get rid of it -the bad parts anyways- Before is tart secondary school. And I know I will get some pimples at least till I'm 16 but I want a way to help me. I use clearasil and the garnier cream and sometimes I use toothpaste and it works when the pimple isn't so bad but when it us bad it makes it worst. And I used that recipe where you put water into a gl and mix it with salt and then you put tisue into it and then take it out and put it up near the pimple for a few minutes and then take it away and then get two cotton wool and put it up against each side of the pimple and it kinda works but them it said put honey on it overnight but I didn't have any honey so I just put toothpaste in it. Please help me i'm loading my confindence :(
