Any suggestions pimples and garnier light?

when i apply garnier light moisturizer on my face no pimples come on my skin but when i stop using it pimples occurs.please help me is garnier light contains too much chemicals that can harm my skin or suggest me fairness cream safe for me ( i am 15 yrs old)
