Would a believer be able to have the discernment to know who the anti-christ is if in their presence?

and could the antichrist ever mirage himself as a christian say through labels, or other things, and what would the antichrist never admit to? would the sound of Jesus irk him, or would he be smart enough to keep his identity unknown until that time which he will make it known?
